Lehmanns Brothers is the hottest funk band right now. Winners of the Shure Call for Legends Contest at Montreux Jazz Festival in 2017, they have already played as the opening act for Fred Wesley, Maceo Parker and Wu-Tang Clan at festivals and concerts halls alike.
Utilising subtle jazz and funk influences from the ’70s and a touch of hip-hop, neo-soul and afro-beat, they explode on stage ready to set it on fire. These young musicians are particularly influenced by the music of James Brown, Jamiroquai, The Roots and A Tribe Called Quest, and their performances have a groovy, celebratory vibe. All they really want is to make the crowd dance and go wild - an experience not to be missed!
LB is sure to bring some sunshine straight to your speakers and a killer bassline for your dancing shoes.
